About me
I believe my students should have the freedom and comfort to experience yoga in their own personal way. I am simply a guide to help them explore how they feel in physical postures (asanas) and meditation.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) trained to teach several styles of yoga: Ashtanga Primary series (short form), Vinyasa, and Yin (restorative). I hold a master’s degree in business and an undergraduate degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science.
